We are Marinda and Erika of Russia. We currently serve as the SM Global Regional Coordinators of Eurasia. We are also the executive directors of CrossMinistries, a ministry focused on mobilizing and training church leaders and young people to find their role in God’s mission locally and globally. We are both ordained pastors, and both have doctorate degrees in theology.
