Adapting Interface for Youth Leaders

From 24th to 26th of May, we had the privilege of conducting an Interface seminar for forty (40) youth leaders in Central Finland during the annual youth leaders’ seminar for Pentecostal churches of Finland. Interface was a great fit as the theme of the gathering was missional youth ministry!
Five sessions of the seminar were divided over two days within smaller groups enabling us to spend a really good time digesting the sessions. Questions for small group discussions were tailor-made for youth ministry context. Many of the youth leaders liked the material and the integration session helped the participants to come up with practical next steps on developing missional youth ministries.
